After three decades closed to the public, Tarana Railway Station’s historic building has re-opened following a major restoration project led by the Transport Asset Holding Entity (TAHE).
TAHE has unveiled a landmark Affordable Housing Pilot Project in partnership with the Minister for Infrastructure, Cities and Active Transport, Rob Stokes this morning.
Launched at the UDIA’s 2022 State Conference in front of hundreds of industry leaders, the project will unlock hundreds of affordable homes to help tackle the issue of housing affordability.
TAHE is excited to play a leading role in the redevelopment of Central Station, with the recent launch of draft plans for over-station development at Sydney’s railway icon.
